Ideas and innovation are the foundation for our business.

Our teams seek insights to help individual clients achieve impact and advantage. Our ideas transcend individual client's needs however. Recognizing patterns in our work, we develop ideas that shape the way business is conceived and practiced.

Our ideas come from many sources. Some are developed by case teams, others by passionate individuals and others by the systematic efforts of our Practices. As one important element of our ideas culture we want to recognize, support, and nurture those with a passion for ideas.

We recognize and honor our most accomplished thought leaders by nomimating them as DC Group Fellows. We give our DC Group Fellows the opportunity to continue to freely pursue ideas about which they are passionate. For a period of three years, DC Group Fellows are able to spend a substantial proportion of their time developing an idea or topic that they believe will create value for our clients. They are sponsored and supported by Practice Areas but are free to structure their research as they see fit. Each DC Group Fellow receives a substantial research budget to support their research.

DC Group Fellows are active in not only researching their ideas, but in publishing. speaking, supporting case teams and nurturing the next generation of thought leaders in DC Group.
